All-white shoes are unforgiving. They show everything — scuffs, dirt, a single wrong step on a dusty road. People who buy them anyway tend to know exactly what they are doing. The Cloud Monster 2 in White is for that person — someone who wants a clean, striking shoe and is willing to look after it.

The performance underneath is identical to the Black and White version, which is to say it is genuinely impressive. The CloudTec pods compress on landing and return energy at push-off. It is not the same feeling as standard foam cushioning — it is softer on impact and more responsive at toe-off than most shoes at this price point manage to be. On Running built the Cloud Monster 2 with their largest pods yet, which means more cushioning surface and more return than previous models.

The Helion superfoam midsole is lighter than standard EVA and more durable over time. The cushioning does not die after two months of daily use, the way cheaper foam does. The engineered mesh upper breathes properly — useful in Pakistan's heat whether you are in Karachi's humidity or dealing with Lahore's dry summer.

The all-white colorway is the most versatile thing about this shoe aesthetically. It works with casual outfits, it works with smarter looks, and in summer, specifically the white reflects sunlight rather than absorbing it, which actually keeps feet slightly cooler in direct sun compared to darker colorways.

One thing worth saying clearly: this is a chunky shoe. The maximalist sole is part of what makes it comfortable, but it is also visually prominent. If you want something low-profile, the Cloud 5 is a better direction. If you are fine with the Monster silhouette — or you actively like it — the White colorway is the cleanest version of it available.
