We provide complimentary shipping across Pakistan through our logistics partners. Typically, deliveries occur within 3-4 business days. Please be aware that we do not dispatch orders during weekends or on public holidays.

7-Day Return and Exchange Policy

If you wish to return items purchased online, you may do so within 7 days from the purchase date. Please ensure that the items are returned in their original packaging and unused condition.
To initiate a return, kindly contact us on WhatsApp at 0323-2186889, and our team will guide you through the return process.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you regarding your refund eligibility. Refunds will be processed within 21 calendar days from the date you informed us of your intention to return. The refund will be issued through the original payment method used for the purchase.
Please note that a 4% deduction will be applied to the COD amount, along with delivery charges, before processing the refund. Items not in their original condition, or showing signs of wear or use beyond initial inspection, will not be eligible for an exchange or refund.
