We provide complimentary shipping across Pakistan through our logistics partners. Typically, deliveries occur within 3-4 business days. Please be aware that we do not dispatch orders during weekends or on public holidays.

7-Day Return and Exchange Policy

Should you wish to return items purchased online, you may do so within 7 days from the purchase date. Please ensure the items are returned in their original packaging. To arrange a return, contact us at our WhatsApp: 03232186889 so we can you address for sending it back.

Upon receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will notify you regarding your eligibility for a refund. Refunds will be processed promptly, within 21 calendar days from the date you notified us of your intention to return. The refund will be issued via the original payment method used for the purchase.

Items not in their original condition or that show signs of use beyond the initial inspection are not eligible for exchange or refund.
